EASY AVENUE

This house had belonged to an amazing family for more than three decades and our clients came to us when they decided it was time to sell it to a new family and work with the best professionals to make the project a success. At Historia Design we knew exactly what to do! We made some minor but practical adjustments to the layout that transformed the interior into a better functioning, bright and airy space. Our designers chose a Mid Century Modern-inspired exterior color palette, light fixtures, black frame windows, and house numbers to add curb appeal. For the interior, we selected durable yet affordable finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, beautiful porcelain floor and fireplace tiles (confession: we splurged on the shower niche tile!), and modern matte paint. We topped it all off with fixtures that are contemporary yet classic in style bringing a touch of vintage elegance that adds a comfortable warmth to the overall aesthetic.
