It is not too often that we get 100% complete and total creative liberty with a project and this is one of those golden moments! The one and only requirement our client had for us was “make it minimal and modern!” We delivered with finishes that are sleek yet warm at the same time and matte black fixtures that are edgy yet graceful. The entry was transformed with floor-to-ceiling fireplace tile and a modern high-end chandelier while engineered wood floors flow harmoniously along the new custom stair railings dressed in jet black. A built-in banquette in the kitchen with a big casement window is perfect for enjoying breakfast and beautiful breezes at the same time. Can’t decide between an induction cooktop or gas burners, why not have both! The master suite features a private balcony, luxury walk-in his & hers closet, and a giant shower with elegant marble tile. Automated window shades, stylish furnishings, wallpaper and little dashes of glam bring this whole look together to make one spectacular home.
